zc help

[CRX_7]

i got my zc a few weeks ago and ran into a very big problem. i needed to replace the old timing belt, as i did this i made a very bad move. before i took it off i put the engine to TDC (top dead center). then i took off the timing belt and rotated the crankshaft without the timing belt on. not only did i do this, but i also moved one of the cams a little. after i did this i realized how stupid i am. now my distributer rotor does not line up with the #1 spark plug wire. how can i fix this and make the cam gears aline right. any help would be great.
p.s. what kind of harm did i cause to the engine.

none. its okay i have takent the cams out of mine and taken off the t belt also. it okay you just have to retime everything when you put it back together. P.S. HOW DID YOU GET THE CRANK NUT OFF!?!?!
